About Fuglederude.dk
Fuglederude.dk is a webshop and photography blog operated by Otto and Per. We sell products featuring bird photography, including postcards, calendars, and posters.

1. Ordering and Order Confirmation
How to order
- Add items to your shopping cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your details
- Review your order
- Confirm your order
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Order number
- Products you have ordered
- Total price (including VAT and shipping)
- Payment instructions
- Delivery address
The purchase becomes binding only when you receive the order confirmation.
2. Prices and Payment
Prices
- All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK)
- All prices include VAT (25%)
- Shipping costs are added to the product price
- We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors
Payment methods
We currently offer payment via:
- Bank transfer
- MobilePay (instructions sent with order confirmation)
Items are shipped only after payment has been received.
3. Delivery
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days after we have received your payment.
In case of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
- We ship with Post Danmark or equivalent carrier
- You will receive tracking information when the package is dispatched
- Delivery is made to the address you provided during checkout
Missing delivery
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us at kontakt@fuglederude.dk.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

5. Complaints
If your item is defective or does not match what was ordered, you have the right to complain in accordance with Danish Sale of Goods Act.

- Describe the defect and attach photos if possible
- We will guide you through the further process

You have a 24-month right to complain from the date of receipt.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Photographs
All bird photographs on Fuglederude.dk are protected by copyright law and belong to Otto and Per.
You may NOT:
- Copy images from the website for personal use (unless you have purchased the product)
- Resell or distribute images
- Use images commercially without written permission
You may:
- Share links to our website on social media
- Display products you have purchased (e.g., a calendar on your wall)
Website content
All text, design, and layout are also protected by copyright.
7. Limitation of Liability
Products
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly from on-screen images to the physical product due to screen settings and printing processes.

We do our best to keep the website accessible and updated, but cannot guarantee:
- Constant uptime (technical issues may occur)
- That all information is always 100% accurate
Liability for damages
We are liable for damages you suffer as a result of errors or negligence on our part in accordance with general Danish compensation rules.
